As a mother of two and a woman entering the perimenopause, I discovered that there was very little coherent professional support out there to guide me through how to stay fit and healthy during both of these huge life changes (and the bits in between!) The result? Be Unique Fitness.
I believe in the transformative power of women's fitness and nutrition. From forging a career, to the miracle of pregnancy, the joys (and demands) of motherhood and the journey through menopause, every woman deserves dedicated care and support.
As women, we undergo endless transformation throughout our lives and our time is rarely ours alone. We need fitness and nutrition to future proof our bodies and I am here to guide you through how even the smallest changes can make a difference.
My mission is to provide a sanctuary of knowledge, compassion, and expert guidance, helping you embrace each stage of your unique journey with confidence.
From online personalised fitness and nutrition programmes to fully developed corporate menopause workshops, my aim is to build and tailor a plan that is uniquely you.
